Cost

  • The two-day program is $1,400 per person.
  • Cost includes breakfast, lunch, course materials, and a copy of

  • Day one: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Day two: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Coaching for Improved Performance

This two-day hands-on workshop teaches participants a specific approach to coaching. Participants learn how to collect the information needed prior to conducting a coaching session and how to plan effectively for their coaching sessions. They also learn a coaching cycle and the skills to make it work.
