Negotiation Skills
Overview
The Negotiations Skills training is a highly customized program that introduces participants to a client focused negotiations skills model and the skills required to achieve win win results. The program teaches participants a win-win methodology that is relationship driven. During the program, participants learn how to prepare for the negotiation, how to effectively lead the meeting and how to assess the results. Participants gain an understanding of the skills and principles associated with win win negotiations, how to negotiate effectively with clients and prospects and how maintain a consultative approach to maximize results.
