The Baron Group was founded by Eric Baron in 1992. Prior to founding The Baron Group, Eric spent ten years as President of Consultative Resources Corporation, a firm devoted to training salespeople, five years at Synectics, Inc., an international consulting firm that researches and teaches creativity and innovative teamwork  and eight years in sales, sales management, and sales training at Union Carbide Corporation.
